Guidance, Support, and Resources for Those Who Care

Care Partners/Care Givers are family and friends who are involved in the care and well-being of an individual with a health-related issue. Caring for a loved one with Parkinson’s Disease requires a multitude of resources. The following resources will assist caregivers in securing the products and services they need in a timely manner.

CARTA OnDemand

A program serving seniors 60+ and Tel-A-Ride customers with on demand transportation within the CARTA service area for as little as $4 to $5 each way.

An application must be completed to participate in this program.
